About me

WHAT I’M AFTER
I WANT TO BUILD THINGS PEOPLE ACTUALLY FEEL
Software developer, CS (Hons) ’26

I’ve spent a lot of time making internal tools faster and cleaner, and I’ve learned what I’m actually after: work where the outcome shows up in someone’s day — not a metric that moves, but a person who can do something they couldn’t before. Problems with a face attached, built fast enough to find out whether they help.

Away from that, the rest of my time goes to hackathons and weekend projects, keeping the books for a 500-member student society, and a fairly serious amount of time outdoors. Happy to talk about any of it.

OFF THE CLOCK
Fishing, camping, football, long campaigns over quick matches, an anime list I never catch up on, and music always a little too loud.

Projects

CivFix
PYTHON · DJANGO · BOOTSTRAP · SQLITE

Built at NewHacks 2023 — a web app that lets residents report and prioritize local community issues.

HACKATHON PROJECT
Deathfolio
PYTHON · OPENCV · TESSERACT OCR · SCREEN OVERLAY

A computer-vision bot watches for the “YOU DIED” screen in Elden Ring and punishes every death with a real stock buy, slapping the live ticker straight across the game. The challenge: beat the game before the portfolio flatlines.
